There’s a lot involved in producing a finished video project. Beyond what you see in this chart are the preparation and planning, charging batteries, clearing media, and selecting the equipment needed for the job.
The hourly rate that you are quoted takes these factors into consideration. We may bid the job based on the initial recording time with editing added, or we may quote a package price, with a rate for revisions, additions and changes. Of course, corrections are always no charge.
Live production requires a certain amount of pre-production, generating of titles and graphics, setting up cameras and audio feeds.
Also, take into consideration the sizable investment for professional equipment and software, along with years of experience.
